I am happy overall, though i had a friend want a low temperature dyer setting and i found out that my dryer only has Air or Hot settings. Low and Normal are same temperature as hot setting. Is there a recall or a fix? I always maintain clean lint trap and condenser for efficiency.

Really poor quality dryer as it broke down only 7 months after buying it. I’ve had several techniciens coming to my house to repair it but everytime they find a new issue and a new piece is broken and has to be ordered ( and it can take a really long time) its been 2 months and i still have no machine working, its unacceptable. I cant believe that a new dryer at an expensive price has so many issues and customer service is not there to help us replace it. ( still waiting to hear from them). Plus this dryer takes a really long time to dry and makes a lot of noise. I dot not recommand to buy!

Family member purchased Electrolux ventless dryer 10 months ago and it is not working. Sensor panel failed. Waiting 3 weeks for part to come in. Called supervisor with no progress. Terrible customer service. Terrible product..

I have great experience with Electrolux in past but recently I bought the New washer dryer combo on Dec. 22 2023._x000D_ _x000D_ I am getting the Electrolux dryer error message._x000D_ _x000D_ It stops at every 8-9 mins and displays error asking to empty water container_x000D_ _x000D_ I empty the container every 10 minutes restart again . There was no water in the water container tray . After cleaning installed back and restart but still stops with the same message_x000D_ ._x000D_ I called customer service but no service tech appointment ._x000D_ _x000D_ I need Electrolux customer service management team and service department technical team to e replace the dryer. _x000D_ _x000D_ Not a good experience till NOW._x000D_ Please Help to resolve .You can contact me via my Email or phone provided.

Horrible Smell, Odor or Plastic Offgasing from this dryer._x000D_ So bad it caused coughing and respiratory concerns._x000D_ No dryer sheets or other chemicals were used._x000D_ I do not have any environmental sensitivities but this dryer reeks._x000D_ Owned for 3 weeks in the basement of a 2 story home_x000D_ Using Normal Cycles and Programs. _x000D_ The dryer itself works Great ! _x000D_ Quiet, well constructed and easy to maintain._x000D_ I want to keep it as it is Better than heatpump dryers,_x000D_ But If the smell persists will have to return it.

Replacing Whirlpool I had for 19 years I expected considerable improvements. Apart from the steam feature which requires water supply this machine only has 4 preset manual timers the lowest being 30 minutes. The old one could be set to 1 minute if I wanted. Considerably louder than old one as well. At least it looks pretty.

I had this dryer for about 10 months before it broke down. It is still under warranty for for repairs but doesn't look good when it has broken down so soon. I am waiting on parts and has been a long process trying to communicate and schedule with their authorized service provider.

My landlord replaced dryer with this ventless one. The prior machine took one wipe of the screen to clean it. This vent free one takes many wipes and lint gets caught in so many places on it that you have to take tweezers to get it all out and also have to clean lint from the machine itself when the filter is out. Takes alot of time. Poorly designed. Dryer also takes twice as long to dry things as prior dryer did.

I bought this dryer 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems. I've had 3 service calls (replaced control board and pump) under the warranty and I'm still stuck with a dryer that does not work.
