We appreciate the design and aesthetics of the cooktop. The illuminated control knobs are aesthetically pleasing. The burners appear to possess greater power compared to our previous unit. The cooking grates facilitate effortless movement of pans across the surface._x000D_ _x000D_ However, we have encountered a few drawbacks. The adhesive used to secure the burner caps and other components during shipping has left a residue that proves challenging to remove. The recommended mild soap and warm water solution is ineffective in eliminating this residue. Furthermore, the stainless steel surfaces have already exhibited light scratches, despite adhering to the recommended cleaning procedures.

We ordered Electrolux to upgrade from Frigidaire but I am totally disappointed as the color of the burners went off with on month of usage. The steel burner rings turned black. And they omit lot of orang flame. I never had an issue with Frigidaire and expected better quality from Electrolux as it's their upgraded level but it's reverse.

Have had this stove for two months and paint has totally come off of one of the cap burners while cleaning. I have cleaned them all and only an issue with one of them. Called Electrolux and was told they only cover cosmetic issues for 7 days. That to me was unacceptable and the reason I will rate the product with one star. Also grates already show tiny nicks just from pots being placed on them. It appears the quality of these parts are very low so if you are picky like I am and want your stove to look good I would not recommend this at all.

We really like our new Electrolux Cooktop. The grates are very heavy duty, and the knobs have the nice feature of the backlight. Installation was fairly straightforward.
