AI Vision Inside* automatically recognizes what's what's going in and out of your fridge, to help you identify what's inside. Access a list of what's in your fridge through the SmartThings app** or Family Hub+ screen.

* Red light becomes on, when the camera is working. User's appearance can be captured, but the surroundings other than food item will be automatically blurred. ** As of March 2024, AI Vision Inside can recognize 33 food items like fresh fruits and veggies. If the food is covered by hand and not recognizable, it may be listed as an unknown item. AI Vision Inside cannot identify or list any food items in the fridge door bins or freezer. Detecting and identifying food items are based on our deep learning model trained using predefined set of data and may yield incomplete or incorrect information. New datasets may be introduced to our learning model from time to time to enhance its accuracy. *** Manual operation of the list by the user may be needed for list management accuracy.

Open the fridge effortlessly! The fridge’s Auto Open Doors have touch sensors. When you lightly touch them, the doors automatically open*. It enables easy access to your food even when your hands are full. And, with no handles sticking out, it has looks stylishly seamless.

* An automatic closing function is not available. The actual open angle of the doors can be different by the installation circumstances and usage conditions like storing heavy items in the door bins. User may need to adjust the refrigerator's installation condition, when the doors are not open properly. Touch sensors can be turned on/off from the control panel/display, and its default setting is off.

Internal Water Filter (Optional)

Drink clean and fresh-tasting water. The Internal Water Filter* removes certain contaminants** in the water supplied by the water dispenser. So you can enjoy cool drinks, without worrying about the water quality. It is also easy to access and maintain, as it is only needs replacing every 6 months***.
