5 GREAT RANGE

LIVING UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS INDUCTION TOP GREAT ON HOW IT IS SO QUICK

5 Great appliance

We bought this to replace a duel fuel gas/electric range, and it has been an excellent choice. The induction cooktop is versatile and very fast, with areas for a variety of pots and roasting pans. The oven works very well for convection baking with even heat with the dual fans. The oven is large and does take some time to pre-heat. Knowing that gas can pollute indoor air, this change has been a healthy choice as well.

1 Avoid the Induction range at all cost.

After having an electrician install a 50 amp service, having the city inspect and approve the service we attempted to plug the range in and use it. Unfortunately it didn't work. The range trips the GFCI breaker instantly upon plugging it in. Had the electrician come back out and fully test the plug and breaker which is working, the range doesn't. The range doesn't even power on, beep, anything. It just trips the breaker. Since it's code to use GFCI where we live they're unable to remove that, and it's apparently weeks before anything can be done by Electrolux. Extremely disappointing for a $4,000 range.

5 You won't regret giving up gas

We switch over to this induction stove from gas almost 2 years and have never looked back. As an avid chef & baker I wasn't sold when my husband suggested we switch to induction but I haven't missed our gas range even for a day. It was different at first and I got used to it quickly. You can set something on a 6 and the temperature never varies! No need to worry about the pan slowly getting too hot nor do you have to worry about the fumes. With this accuracy of heating, you will never regret giving up your gas range.

5 Early days, but so far I am really happy

This is my first time cooking with induction, and I had some trepidation after using gas for my entire life. But our house needed to be all electric and I really wanted a big oven. It is amazingly fast, and so far a joy to work with. I have already baked multiple loaves of bread in the oven and it seems to do an excellent job. I have read about many induction ranges producing an unpleasant noise, but this one seems to be very quiet. It will take me a minute to get used to the controls especially for the oven, But it is relatively intuitive. I am really looking forward to seeing everything this beast can do.

5 Perfect range for my new open floorplan home

I love the overall size and burner layout of this range. It heats up quickly and I can set infinite degrees of heat that adjust in a matter of seconds. The built-in timer is very handy and easy to set.

5 We made a great choice!

We’ve had our new Electrolux 36” Induction Range for about a week now. The look and feel is amazing, as it perfectly spans both modern and classic aesthetics with the sleek design and sturdy knobs. The cooktop has been wonderful to use and we are excited to also begin using the oven. Cleaning the cooktop has been simple and we are very happy with purchasing the additional back guard for both the look and elevated ventilation.

3 Not a fan

not very happy. Selecting the correct oven mode is very tricky then getting the oven to start is almost impossible. I basically can only use the standard bake function at 350 to start the oven. Then I can adjust the temp after starting. I wish I would have been able to try this in a show room before purchasing. I probably would have bought something else.

5 Surprisingly easy to clean ?

Bought the dual fuel pro range based on Consumer Reports reviews and because I wanted built in temperature and timer functionality. I was hesitant because of the chose metal top (vs black). But it cleans up very easy with a damp soft cloth.
