J'ai acheté cet article ce dernier mois et je suis très satisfait. Par contre la surface noir est très dure à garder propre, malgré un entretien assidue. Je trouve aussi que le four est légèrement faible.

The oven bakes well but the cooling fan has kicked in only twice and it sounds like jet taking off to the point where we had hard time hearing the TV in another room. I can't hear the convection fan cutting in when I use the convection setting. _x000D_ _x000D_ You lose the clock when you use the oven, it only shows the oven temp and the clock is gone. VERY annoying. To set the back time to 35 minutes is almost impossible. It jumps to fast speed before a minute is up (which is the normal timing range when baking) and all of a sudden you're looking at over 1 hour so you have to hit the down arrow and then it jumps too fast backwards. Its not just fast speed it super hero fast speed and is useless. _x000D_ _x000D_ As I've seen in other complaints the edge of the stovetop catches everything including the white stove top cleaner. You have to use a small brush (toothbrush) to get in the edge. It would be better to have a rubber seal to join the top and the top edge together.

I received this appliance 2 weeks ago, the Convection as well as the Bake functions do not work, BOTH use the fan. The fan goes ON and OFF._x000D_ Also the drawer slips off its track, when pulled out. I am not happy at all._x000D_ I also find it unacceptable that I am STILL waiting for a service person to come and check this out.
