We bought this range for our home and have been trying new recipes just to get the most of it's features. The built in meat probe, the air fry, and convection all work great! With 6 burners, you have plenty of room to cook a multi-course meal, or just space things out so you're not cooking on a cluttered cooktop. The stainless still makes cleanup quick and easy and looks great too!

This is a great unit. However, the fan is loud and runs LONG._x000D_ _x000D_ We also noticed on of the grill pieces is broken when we used it for the first time. We're still trying to contact customer service but keep missing them._x000D_ _x000D_ The first time we used the air fryer feature it was really smokey and we had to open every window in the house._x000D_ _x000D_ Despite all these issues, we like it. Looks great. We hope someone will help us fix the grill.

I have always cooked with gas. We purchased an older home and the kitchen needed a complete renovation. Looked at many different Gas Ranges, but I needed a range that had sealed burners, if not then it was a hard pass for me._x000D_ When I saw this Gas Range and noticed it had the sealed burners I was sold. Sealed burners make the stove top so easy to clean, just wipe and you are done! _x000D_ I love that it has 6 burners, as I can a lot in the fall, and need the extra room on the cooktop._x000D_ I love all the extra features the range has, I may not use the all but I well certainly try them._x000D_ I am absolutely going to use the steam bake and the steam clean!_x000D_ I love that there was sliding rack insert, then I can just slide my one rack out. Would love to have it on both racks._x000D_ _x000D_ I love everything about this range._x000D_ _x000D_ The only thing I think they should improve is the feet on the range. They need to be screwed in, so we had to raise the range up to install them. They recommended (in the manual) to lay the stove on its back, but my gosh it is way too heavy to do that. So once you have the legs on they do not slide easy.

J’ai fait l’acquisition de la cuisinière en janvier. Je suis satisfaite du résultat. Le seul bémol est que je trouve les grilles un peu faible. Elles se déforment sous le poids d’un plat. Je pense en faire faire des plus raides.

This range oven is ostensibly the showpiece of our new kitchen, and it's been subpar. The stove top works fine, but two major issues with this appliance._x000D_ _x000D_ The first was the leg supports. There is place for at least 3 screws on the bracket the legs screw into. For whatever reason we only had 1 or 2 on each. When the technician was installing the range oven we saw the legs starting to fold since 1 screw per bracket wasn't nearly enough. He added additional screws to support those brackets but that's poor QA to ship a product missing pieces._x000D_ _x000D_ The bigger issue is ongoing and relates to the power to the oven randomly cutting out during usage. After a half hour or so the oven seems to cool down and the power comes back on with the clock resetting to 12:00. Has happened many times, though not every time, so presumably relates to whatever we were trying to cook maybe. The technician is going to replace the motherboard next but we've not been able to trust using it much._x000D_ _x000D_ At least it's under warranty.

We choose this 36 inch wide model propane stove to replace our very old one. Incredibly happy with our decision! Very fast heating, air fry feature is great as is the option to add 2-3 cups of water to the bottom and use moist heat convection to cook. The convection process is very fast. Adjusting recipes to the convection method is easy with everything and anything you want to cook/bake online with easy time and temperature adjustments posted. Love this stove!!

Upon receipt of my new oven I found that there was a loud rattling noise when oven was turned on and the oven does not hold the temperature . On Oct 10 2024 I contacted for service and confirming that a service tech was scheduled to service the range on Oct 21 2024. The service tech arrived confirmed the loud rattling sound and said that he would order a new cooling fan. I mentioned to him that the oven did not hold temp, he mentioned that he would look at it when the cooling fan part came in. Nov 28 2024 I spoke to ASAP Appliance Repair in regards to the cooling fan part; I was told that the part was just odered NOV 28th 5 WEEKS after the service call of Oct 21 2024. She did not know anything about the temperature sensor and control panel part. I recvd email that they are sourcing out the cooling fan part and the temperature sensor and control panel. Dec 9 2024. I was told the cooling fan part is on back order and they are having problems locating the temperature sensor and control panel. Dec 9 2024 contacted Frigidaire they would send me a replacement range. Dec 31 2024 I recvd the replacement range and I AM HAVING EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUES with the replacement range. I have now been without an oven since Oct 10 2024. Going thru the reviews, I see numerous complaints about the same issues, when will this be resolved? I am at my wits end and I would appreciate someone contacting me with a solution ASAP.
