Worst fridge I have owned. It overheats in the summer and the freezer shuts off, technician came to have a look and said nothing wrong with the fridge, interior poorly built, crisper drawer broke apart, dents vey easily.

I'll start with the good. It is an attractive looking fridge. The shelves inside are versatile, and the middle drawer is a very nice feature. The bad. Less than a year in, the ice maker on the door has stopped working. The two little drawers in the fridge are useless, unless you want to put a cookie in each drawer to save for later. The ice maker in the freezer is poorly designed and also a waste of space. Why have it take up so much real estate inside the fridge when there is an ice maker right on the front of the fridge. Maybe Electrolux knew the door one is going to fail so the freezer one is a backup. Don't know, but I really don't like it. The hinges for the doors are poorly designed. You need 3" of space on either side to open the doors to 90*. Customer service is impossible to get on the phone. If you buy an Electrolux, buy the longest warranty that's available. They sell at a premium price, but the product quality doesn't reflect the price.

We bought this when building our home, along with many other products. After exactly one year and 25 days, the fresh food ice maker stopped working. It has been a bear getting service from the Electrolux approved services. They still have not shown up yo replace the recalled bottom ice maker. I give it 3 stars because it does keep tings cold and the extra door is very useful. Probably would look at other brand first next time.. It so far is definitely not worth 3600.00.

Overall Fridge is working well. Bottom drawer (freezer) automatic clising does not work well. Ice/water dispencer light should come on sooner. Ice maker in freezer should not drop ice when drawer us open

Light in freezer stopped working along with the control panel on middle drawer now week past the warranty date! Minor issues but my cheap fridge that I replaced it with was still working no issues 15 years old. Can't believe I spent so much on a fridge for two functions to stop working just after one year of purchasing. Haven't had technician come to repair yet so have no idea how much will cost and if it can be fixed but very frustrating!

I would LOVE to give this fridge 5 stars and rave about it to everyone I know. Believe me, I want to. It looks so good inside and out. But its doors require about 3" on *each side* to open, so it can't fit in the 39.5" fridge opening. Are there people with a 42" wide fridge opening who want to put a 36" freestanding fridge loosely inside it instead of a built in? Who buys a counter depth and pulls it several inches away from the wall? I don't understand who this fridge is made for. Thankfully the store I'm dealing with is trying to find me a fridge that will fit in my space. I will be sad that it will probably not be as beautiful and featured as this Electrolux. But I don't know what else to do. If Electrolux has an articulating hinge that we can replace on even just one side, that would allow the doors to open, I will totally keep this fridge and be back to change this review. But as it stands, we have a beautiful fridge that doesn't fit despite our space meeting all the dimensions listed.

We just love our new fridge; has all the features we wanted and is great looking. It is much more spacious than I thought it would be, but that is no longer a concern.

This refrigerator is amazing! It’s the best one we’ve ever owned by far. It was the ONLY fridge that would match our older stainless appliances that are no longer made! That was after several weeks with of visiting store after store and online research. And this fridge performs too! We just love it!_x000D_ _x000D_ Awesome job Electrolux! Thank you for your quality products that are beautiful and reliable! This is the best appliance that I’ve bought in over 20 years!

I had purchased a Electrolux refrigerator via a retailer and the refrigerator became defective within one year of the warranty - Electrolux instructed the retailer to issue a new one - the retailer refused. I had to purchase a new Electrolux refrigerator and Electrolux offered me to join and become a member of their family store which offered a deep discount! I am very elated to finally have a new Electrolux refrigerator to complete my kitchen which is all Electrolux appliances - microwave - dishwasher- range - washing machine and dryer. I am considering purchasing an Electrolux upright freezer next. In hindsight I should have purchased all my Electrolux appliances directly from the manufacturer in lieu of from a retailer. I remain a brand loyal consumer!
