We have had our new upright freezer for about a month. My freezer space has never been so organized. I can see exactly what is in there without having to dig under everything else to see what is on the bottom. No more wasted food because it is lost on the bottom of the chest freezer to get freezer burnt.

According to nameplate built in Jan. 2022, bought it in Nov. 2022 and in March 2025 doesn't work anymore. The only answer I could get is: ¨not garanteed anymore¨. I am conscient that there is obsolescence, I expected it to last 8 to 10 years not 27 months. Really disapointed of the product and the service and it seems that, when reading the comments, I am not the only one, is the bad compressor quality would be the problem and Electrolux/Frigidaire don't want to admit it. Anyway I will reconsider buying those products from now on. Bye Bye

I bought this freezer a month ago to replace the stand up freezer I had which was manual defrost. The old one works fine but a pain when you have to defrost and clean. Very happy and satisfied so far with the new one.

We've only had this a short time but really like the convenience of features like the interior lighting, door alarm and frost-free operation which our previous model did not have. We did find the door very tight and had to place non-slip pads under the feet to keep the freezer from rotating on a newly painted floor when we opened the door. It does show, however, that the door seals very tightly. Overall, we like everything about the freezer and would recommend it.
