Bought this one a couple of weeks ago, when making my choice I was convinced that I can have this machine connected to my phone, that's what you can see on the photos above. But here comes disappointment - there is nothing nearly close to that, the application only serves to fetch description of codes that machine displays for the cases when something goes wrong. Complete garbage for me this app, just takes the space in my phone. If there is an error code I can always ask google, why do I need this app. Other than that the machine has no connection to the phone, it is not the IoT device, the photos are really misleading. Overall, did not have any issues with the machine within these couple of weeks, its quiet and I like the pre-wash option, does great job

Bought this model and it didn’t work from the very first load. I was told by manufacturer that their manufacture warranty doesn’t cover replacement of washer. Very disappointing.

I was so surprised that Samsung makes this very low quality machine and dryer They both had very bad material crack in the door and the top I called and no help from customers service The machine keeps cracking

We purchased this washer and dryer from a big box store on March 25th. It was delivered on the 29th. We used it for one week before the door would not lock and the washer would not start. We called on the 8th of April for a repair and told them specifically that the DC-1 code came up and the door would not lock. Repair person came on April 13th. He came in, tried to get it to work, said it’s the door lock. Needs replacing but - he doesn’t have a part with him. Apparently they are on back order. No idea when we will get one. No one from Samsung has reached out to say when will get a repair. It is ridiculous that a BRAND NEW washer would stop working after 1 week (4 loads of laundry) and NO ONE can tell us when it will work. DO NOT BUY.

Within 6 months label started to rub off. When I called to complain I was told to take a picture for reference as they do not replace. I was having trouble with the machine not working properly in last spin cycle but as soon as we Thoroughly cleaned the washer and dispenser that seems to have solved the problem. (Would spin for hours without draining properly)Hope that helps others. I have not found it to be loud as others have complained. But mine is in my basement.

I bought my laundry pair approx 4 years ago and am so disappointed. My washer has orange residue from softer holder - possible rusting screw..: no one seems to know and although we vacuum lint trap on a regular basis… still had a lint fire. Dryer is designed with lint trap just above motor. Lint continues to roll off lint collector to motor. I have had numerous appliance maintenance professionals to my home with no answers. I’m in constant fear of a house fire. I am getting rid of both as soon as I can afford another set.

Purchased the washer/dryer from The Brick. First time using the washer it started leaking from the front of the unit right above the door and right below the dispenser and dryer wasn't working due to improper installation. Got the unit exchanged and had the same issue again leaking in pretty much the same exact spot. Between trying to deal with The Brick's poor customer service and this over priced faulty washer its been a bit stressful. Will return these products and opt out for a different brand.

I bought this from Trail Appliances (but posting here so potential buyers can be advised). Then after 14 months, the spin cycle was very loud. I called Samsung and they will not cover this since they only cover 12 months warranty. I had a repair person come and quote to repair this will be over $1,000 after tax! Problem was bent drum shaft and worn out bearing. Apparently just the bearings cannot be replaced and the full drum with bearing assembly must be purchased. This is a huge labour undertaking. I am so disappointed. Repair quote was so high, the technician said not worth it to fix, just buy a new one and consider LG instead. I already contacted Samsung twice with no help. Will try again. Maybe 3rd time's a charm? I also bought the matching dryer (DVE45T6005W) and after 15 months, there was a squeaking noise. The repair was only $262.50 so better than buying a new one. But still, who wants to spend this money on a repair on a dryer that is only 15 months old? Do not buy this washer and dryer model set.
