Had this about 3 weeks now. We like it a lot:) My only concern is that the freezer is small. Can`t fit a slab of ribs

After several weeks, we are really enjoying this and finding the functions and features ideal for our kitchen design and lifestyle. It took a while to get ice flowing and it does get fingerprint smudges. Other than that it is a dream.

The flex fridge is nice. The fridge features an auto water pitcher, a beverage center, dual ice maker, flex crisper drawer, triple cooling, power freeze and cool options, door alarm, wi-fi, and LED lighting. The beverage center does take time getting used to it. To access the beverage center, there is a button under the door to open the beverage center. After you access the beverage center you will find the instant fill water pitcher and the water dispenser. The nice part of the hidden water dispenser is there is no dripping water down the door. A sleek designed refrigerator. The flex fridge has the feature to use one part of the freezer as a refrigerator if extra space is needed. The dual ice maker offers bite size ice cubes and larger cubes and even come with an ice scooper. The integrated handles give the refrigerator the modern sleek look. The LED lighting allows me to see everything inside the fridge. The water pitcher is a nice feature, it auto fills, and you can also infuse the water with flavor. The pitcher is removable, so you can fill the water glasses at the dinner table. Download the SmartThings App, it works with the Samsung refrigerator. The drawers are temperature adjustable with the digital controls. The stainless-steel finish does show fingerprints. The fridge is quiet. The fridge has amble room for all the goodies in the fridge and freezer. With the built-in deodorizing filter with UV deodorizing technology, it keeps the air inside nice and fresh. You can control the fridge manually or with the app. The foldable slide shelf allows me to change it up when I need space for higher containers. We are very happy with our Samsung Stainless Steel Flex Refrigerator.

A flex refrigerator is amazing. A French door refrigerator with four doors. The one side of the freezer can be used as a freezer or if you need extra refrigerator room, you can use it for that. Having the ability to have extra refrigerator room is a plus. The fridge features an auto water pitcher, a beverage center, dual ice maker, flex crisper drawer, triple cooling, power freeze and cool options, door alarm, wi-fi, and LED lighting. The beverage center is behind a door within the fridge. To access the beverage center, there is a button under the door. Once you access the beverage center you can easily fill a glass with water. So much nicer with the hidden water dispenser. A sleek in design refrigerator with top notch features. With French doors you can easily fit larger boxes or trays in the refrigerator. The auto water pitcher is nice, I can place it on the dinner table for easy access to filling water glasses. You can also infuse the water to add favor. Place the water pitcher back in the refrigerator and it fills itself up. The refrigerator works with the SmartThings App. The temperature is adjustable with the digital controls. The dual ice bin delivers larger cubes on one size and the other side is bite sized cubes. Even comes with an ice scooper. With the integrated handles the refrigerator has the modern built-in look. The drawers have different settings for fruit and vegetables. The LED lighting allows you to see what is inside your fridge and freezer. The Flexzone has five adjustable settings. The crisper draws temperature can be adjusted. The refrigerator holds plenty. When the door is left open, no worries it alerts you with a beeping sound and alerts your phone. I receive so many compliments on my fridge.

The fridge was bought damaged. Getting the warranty process was a little tricky. Once i got a service ticket started, took only a day, the tech came out and troubleshooted. The motherboard needed replacing and it was working just great.

I can't believe how much food we have been able to get into this refrigerator. It's downright cavernous. It also looks great in the kitchen, and is the focal point of the room. It has a host of cool features, including the dual ice maker (our favorite thing), flex compartment that can be fridge or freezer as desired, auto-fill water pitcher in the beverage center, oversize bins in all of the doors, UV deodorizing function, door alarm, and on top of all this, it works with the SmartThings app! It runs fairly quietly, with the loudest part being when it dumps fresh ice into the bins. Even that isn't all that loud (our cats would disagree). The stainless finish does show fingerprints, but a dry microfiber cloth wipes them right off. We couldn't be happier with this fridge, unless the ice maker dumped out money instead of ice cubes. We have the Samsung washer and dryer set, which we love as well, and this fridge has only raised our opinion of Samsung appliances.

This is a gorgeous appliance! Sleek, modern, and ultra cool. There is so much space in this fridge, that it took me a bit to fill it up! It also easily hooks up to my existing Samsung SmartThings app, so I can control the fridge via WiFi, just like my Samsung laundry pair. The flex compartment on the lower right is a big bonus, especially if you happen to need some extra fridge space, or want to set part of the freezer at a warmer temp for keeping ice cream soft. The main con about the freezer is that you can't store anything big in it, like a long package of chicken or extra large pizzas. The other con is that it begins to frost up quickly, if you have the door open for more than a few seconds. The beverage center is accessed through the partial door on the top left, without having to open the rest of the fridge. I use the auto-fill pitcher often. The water in the pitcher is colder than the water that comes from the regular dispenser. I haven't tried the infuser in the pitcher. My fave part of this fridge is the dual ice maker! One bin gets large cubes and the other gets bite-sized cubes. The unit makes a lot of ice. All in all, this is a great fridge, and we love it! I hope it lasts a long time. I've already been telling everyone about it, and showing off all the neat features that it has. At least one person has said they want one. This fridge makes my third Samsung appliance (laundry pair is the other two), so now I need the range, microwave, and dishwasher to complete my set!

The top doors are not properly aligned and drag each other when I open and close the fridge. I tried everything to fix the problem, including adjustment plastic rings that come in the package. Samsung support refuses to send a technician to fix an issue. The bottom line bad design, poor quality and terrible support.

it's only been two weeks, so this review in no way attests to the product's reliability. we really like the refrigerator as it is very modern and clean looking. the twin ice maker is great and keeps churning out more ice than i can use, which wasn't the case with my prior door amounted ice dispenser. the freezer compartment is nicely divided into two sections with multiple drawers and shelves, which means you don't have to pile food on top of each other, like in a pull-out drawer. i also like the beverage section, which allows you to access it using the outside door, rather than the full door. i definitely recommend it, now let's hope it lasts a long time, unlike my last lg fridge, which completely failed at 3 years.
