So far so good. I have had to replace this refrigerator twice in 3 years, so I’m hoping the third time is the charm. It is really pretty, functional and quiet. Time will tell...

I bought my first refrigerator in over 20 years. I live in a tiny apartment in New York City so I had limited options size wise. The store salesman at PC Richards guided me through my options and my price range and I settled on this particular refrigerator. I’ve had it now for a little over two weeks and could not be happier. The size is the perfect height and length. And also the size is perfect in the freezer and the refrigerator. Highly recommended

I went through the process of flipping the door to hinge the other way. The alternate bottom hinge was supplied but not the top and the directions implied the top could just flip, but it is soldered like the bottom hinge. After hours on the phone I bought the whole hinge package at $145. It has been over a month and no part has arrived. The service people were clueless. Wouldn’t buy this brand again as a result.

Needed an apartment size refrigerator for overflow and beverage storage. 10.1 Cu size was perfect for our needs. Plenty of shelves and door storage. The gallon size shelf in the door a plus. Runs quiet and has a good energy use rating.
