Upper rack clearance is lower than the Amana we had before, yet lower rack clearance is too low for a large frying pan on edge. Spaces in racks are too big, and allow items to fall through. 2.5 hours for regular cycle, whereas the Amana had the option for 1 hour. Upper rack is not flat throughout, so sloped sections force objects to shift. Spines vary in height, so it's difficult to secure some items. Spines for plates are too close together, so plates fall over if there's a shockwave. Detent to keep lower rack out is too low, so rack bangs quite harshly when pulling it out, and you have to almost lift the rack to push it back in. Door spring is too heavy, so door won't lie flat, unless there's significant weight from lower rack. Unit appears finished around 1:50, but status still says it's running. I think it's so everything cools down, but I'd rather it shut off when finished last rinse, so I can take stuff out. I am monitoring it, to see if I can do that, but I am not inclined to LISTEN AND WATCH it for 40 minutes, to see if it does anything before the finish.

This new dishwasher replaces a much older model. This unit is much quieter and more effective. It even dries most plastic ware. The dark grey interior makes it harder to see into; I wish the interior were lighter in colour. I find that the utensil compartment is insufficient for my needs. I'm still getting used to the unit.

J'ai acheté ce lave vaisselle pour un besoin : laver ma vaisselle. _x000D_ Il le fait très bien, il n'y a pas 50 boutons ou modes différents. _x000D_ _x000D_ C'est simple, pratique à utiliser, il n'est pas trop cher, en prime il ne fait pas trop de bruit.

Purchased a month ago and am satisfied! It was easy to put in and start up. _x000D_ It is on the louder side, but given the great price and that it cleans well, I can put up with it :)

Havant work since day 1, and customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. TK gawd the dealer stepped up and replaced it.
