I had a problem with the soap dispenser door (would not open) and was able to easily schedule an appointment with Jensen Appliance. Eric from Jensen came out and rapidly did the repair and all is good. I am happy!

I bought this appliance a few months ago. I was disappointed in the set up of the racks for placing dishes. Also, it is almost impossible to get the door open. There is no handle, just a slippery surface.

This dishwasher gets the job done. I am renovating a rental property and wanted one that had a clean indicator but not all the unnecessary bells and whistles, this dishwasher hits the mark and does a decent job of cleaning and drying decent sized loads of dishes.

This dishwasher has great features and washes really well. Our only complaint is the plastic interior does make it significantly louder than our previous one.
