LOVE ?? the way it cleans my dishes; the only complaint I have is when the lower drawer is full, it doesn’t roll into the unit as easily as my old one. Minor issue.

We bought this appliance last month to replace the kitchen appliances we lost when lightning struck our home. The original appliances were purchased when the home was built in 2005 and all of them were still functioning 100% which was why we chose to remain with Frigidaire appliances for our home. We look forward to the next 15 years of reliable service!

I struggled with buying a new dishwasher because I didn't use it often and my old one was quite noisy. I am so glad I treated myself and got this new one! So quiet and cleans exceptionally well! The coolest feature is the 3rd utensil rack! Definitely a great product!

I gave this dishwasher 2 stars for the following reasons: _x000D_ _x000D_ Pros: _x000D_ 1. Sound quality is good. You can hear it at times but the sound is very low. Sometimes you hardly hear it and you think it's not running. _x000D_ _x000D_ 2. The top rack has wider spacing along the sides for larger cups, mugs, etc. _x000D_ _x000D_ 4. The fingerprint resistant finish is awesome. I lucked out not having to pay extra for that feature but it would be well worth the extra money for your sanity! _x000D_ _x000D_ Cons: _x000D_ 1. For me the bottom rack is a horrible design. I know most manuals show the "perfect" loading diagram but do people really have every single dish or bowl perfectly matched? The spacing on the bottom rack does not allow for any of my bowls to fit. The spacing is either too narrow or too wide and the bowls keeping falling over. I am constantly rearranging the bottom rack to get a decent number of plates, bowls, etc. to fit. The manual shows putting bowls on the top rack but that would be just about impossible because of how the top rack is designed. _x000D_ _x000D_ 2. The top rack is not as bad as the bottom rack but most of the middle row tines are all slanted in (half the back tines are slanted to the center and half the front tines are slanted to the center). I can put plastic container tops in between the tines but not much else unless you lower the rack. The ONE good thing about the top rack is the spacing along the sides of the rack. They are wide so I can fit oversized cups, mugs, glasses, or containers there. _x000D_ _x000D_ 3. Interesting third rack. The book shows it's used for silverware but I don't know anyone that would place their silverware individually on the third rack, lining each one up to perfectly fit in the slot. You can place other items on the rack but there are too many sections to really make it completely useable. It doesn't clean items on the rack that well either. _x000D_ _x000D_ 4. The long silverware container that goes on the bottom rack is just 6 compartments. It shows in the manual one side comes with a lid but mine did not. I'm not sure what you would put in there. They show big spoons, etc. but how many large utensils do you use? I feel like most people would choose to lay their big spoons, etc. on the top third rack. I feel like that container is a waste. Fortunately, I saved my silverware container from my old dishwasher which has individual holes to insert the silverware. _x000D_ _x000D_ 5. There are two side tilt down shelves on the top rack that are useless. I had the same type tilt down shelves in my old dishwasher but these shelves are angled in a way that they are useless. _x000D_ _x000D_ 6. I saw a lot of reviews about how spacious the dishwasher is. It is spacious but with all the wrong size slots, tines, and bad design, you end up only being able to put half the amount of dishes in than if you had a better designed dishwasher. I have never been this disappointed in an appliance purchase._x000D_ _x000D_ 7. It seems like it cleans half the dishes half the time. I have tried different detergents but it seems like it could be that it needs more sprayers positioned differently. I do have to put it on the “high temperature” setting for it to clean what it does clean. I also do not feel it "drys" the dishes. _x000D_ _x000D_ I know every appliance is not perfect but most of the features you don’t like about an appliance you can overlook because of the features you love about it but this one is very poorly designed and every time I use it I want to return it._x000D_ _x000D_ I would be more disappointed if I had paid full price for this dishwasher. I bought it on sale and did get the fingerprint resistant finish which was a plus. I would have returned it if I didn't have it installed by Lowe's but now I feel like I am stuck. _x000D_ _x000D_ I would not recommend this dishwasher.

My previous Whirlpool dishwasher was a disappointment. To many mishaps on cleansing and drying. My Frigidaire dishwasher I paid with my stimulus check. Not only cleans my dishes well the dry heat is phenomenal! Best investment ever!

This washer is super quiet! We have an open kitchen concept and it’s so quiet that we barely hear it from our living room. However bc it’s so quiet, it does not have a lot of water power so dishes are not as clean.

The dishwasher overall performs well. We encountered some minor issues in the beginning, and the service technician for Frigidaire was very responsive and knowledgeable and solved our minor complaints in no time.

You have no idea how truly happy I am with this purchase. I absolutely love my Frigidaire dish washer. Everything comes out so clean and spotless. The third shelf is awesome.
