The dishwasher was purchased in March and it's currently June. We haven't been able to use the dishwasher for the last 2 months due to there being a known issue with the door latch. It doesn't close, which causes leaks. It's gotten worse and doesn't power on. Now, I was told that I need to create a new ticket, to have a 3rd service person diagnose it because it's a new issue.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I bought this two months ago. It came with a leaking soap dispenser. Still waiting for repair from Samsung!

I bought this a few months ago and it works Great! The only issue I have is the one year warranty, because they started the warranty the day I ordered it and it too several months to receive the dishwasher. Trying to fix this with customer service has been not working. The same thing happened with our Samsung washer and dryer. It's the only complaint I have, the dishwasher so far is awesome, as is the washer and dryer.

I love the dishwasher, not the customer service. Dishwasher is great. But if you need something from samsuung customer service ve prepared to get the run around!

The color of this is fantastic and with the three racks it accommodates all of our dishes. Super quiet and cleans great!

I have been using this dishwasher once if not twice a day and it is great! I love how it opens up by itself which helps dry the dishes more so we don't have to manually do it. If you were considering it I would def recommend!
