This is, by far, the best washer I have ever owned. The washer washes so well, that I don't ever have much lint in my dryer lint trap. The multiple wash settings makes this washer unique.

The Front Load Perfect Steam™ Washer with LuxCare® cleans our clothing very well, they even smell fresher. The front panel is very sensitive, be careful with leaning over to get something on an above shelf, if applicable. I am always changing the settings and need to readjust. The washing length seems to be much longer than my 16 year old washer that I replaced.

I bought this washing machine on the recommendation of the salesperson at Grand Appliance and all of the reviews. If I would have dug further I would have found that this washing machine is known to have the bearings constantly breaking. I have had this washing machine for just over 2 years and already had the bearings and tub replaced in December 2022. It is May 2023 and the bearing are breaking again in only 5 months from moderate use. It is only me and my husband and I am careful to not overload it with too heavy of items. I called again to have this service and you think a reputable company would realize that this is a lemon and replace the entire unit. The cost of parts and labor is more than the machine is worth. Luckily, we have an extended warranty; however, this has cost me a lot of money out of pocket going to the laundromat for 2 months waiting for parts and time back in the fall and now I have to do that again. DO NOT waste your money on this machine.

I really don't think I could ever figure out all the permutations of wash options. It does a great job, though!

This washer has so many useful features that make it superior to my previous one. I really like the steam feature, as it has helped my towels smell fresher, as well as the option for a very hot, sanitizing wash. The quick-wash feature also is very helpful. And I really like that all of the features work independently of each other; that is, even though each cycle (and there are MANY of those) suggests specific options like water temperature, spin velocity, etc., you can still make your own choice for each option. Also, this washer holds so much more than my previous washer: I can combine loads and save water and time. And my clothes come out clean, with whites looking brighter. Finally, the washer looks really nice and modern, but still fits into my small space. Overall, great washer.

Good looking and easy to change settings. Has everything I wanted and has large capacity! Overall good buy for the money!
