The door should be smaller so that clothes may not fall out when door is open. The slow spin speed is too fast. The washer has no front end maintenance access.

This washine machine is a huge disapointment. My biggest annoyance is watching a small item (e.g. sock) get trapped in the door seal during every wash. Someimes it is just one item, sometimes it's more. Getting cross, I decided to test my theory by placing a single child's sock in with the dog's blanket (not bed, just a plain blanket we use on the sofa to stop the dog scratching through the leather). The sock still founds it's way into the door seal. Not only that, after inspecting the machine it is FULL of dog hair. I certainly didn't have this problem with my old Kenmore. _x000D_ _x000D_ My last bugbear is the matching dryer and washer have different feet with the washing machine's being bigger. As such, I can't get them to match-up in height._x000D_ _x000D_ Honestly, if I could return this laundry pair, I would.

Purchased after suggestions from friends and the friendly sales lady. Using it for approximately a month now, run very quietly. Doing a fantastic job on laundering my clothes. The dryer is also very efficient and quiet

This product has been great so far. Just moved into our new house a month ago and have loved it. I have a toddler, newborn, husband and a dog, so I am always doing laundry!

Our LG washer bearing failed so we decided to try an Electrolux. We would have gone with LG again based on performance but repair access on LG is very limited. So far I am a bit concerned about the spin cycle for two reasons. The first is that it does not seem to do a very job of achieving load balance resulting in what I think is a bit of excessive vibration. The second is that the spin cycle itself does not seem to get the moisture out. Set on normal speed, this leads to longer dryer times.

We purchased this washer for our new home and are thrilled with it. The quick 15 min wash is perfect for those items that just need a little fresh if up. I have yet to try the steam technology but am looking forward to seeing what it can do.
