Completed install, removed protective films, pressed the power button and nothing. Checked power, confirmed power is on. Interior light illuminates when door opens. Confirmed water isolation valves were open. Pressed power again and no function on keypad. Inspect keypad and found signs on improper installation at the factory. There is no exterior damage. Keypad was clearly installed improperly. There is even visible damage on the inside of the cabinet which can be seen because of the 1/2" gap between the keypad and the washer cabinet. Therefore either quality control failed, or the quality control step doesn't exist at the factory.

The appliance has an easy to use control panel, is quieter than our previous appliance, and washes clothes in a reasonable period of time. That is what we bought it for and that is what is does.

Love this washing machine. It's the quietest we've ever had. The features are many and easy to select and use. We have Shetland Sheepdogs (which shed a lot) and this machine has been great at removing fur! The LED light inside is bright and very helpful. With the good build quality we expect this machine will last a long time.

We received the Front Load Perfect Steam Washer 3 week ago. No hassle installation. The washer works and expected. Love the different wash cycles.

Ordered the Electrolux front load washer and dryer to replace our 16 year old LG front loaders. Should have done this sooner! Love the features, it’s way quieter, and it’s actually getting things clean. Very pleased with this purchase.

Wow! This washer is definitely on a completely different level then any washer I’ve ever owned. Not only is aesthetically appealing (it’s in an open kitchen area in our home) which is important to me because of where the washer/dryer are placed. The Graphite color is beautiful and goes well with our stainless steel appliances. It runs like a dream . It’s so efficient, quiet and the setting features are amazing. The Sanitize setting is incredible and a feature I never thought I’d be using so much.I just ordered the pedestals for both the washer and dryer and can’t wait to complete the set. Highly recommend.

I am really enjoying my washer. My clothes come out and I really like the optic white option so I don't have to use bleach. My clothes come out very dry. Has cut dry time at least 1/3 to 1/2 depending on the type of load. And heavily soiled item don't need pretreatment.

This is NOT a paid review. I purchased my Electrolux after watching lots of videos and found out it was rated #1 on us magazine. I am in love with this machine. I read the manual and take it very seriously. Washing has become fun. Not a lie. I get set in stains out! Things I haven’t gotten to look white and nice look brand new. I even wash white socks and they look amazing. I will be purchasing the dryer next. I keep the door open to make sure it can dry. The pods spot I have only used once, as I am waiting for my other stuff to run out. The one time I used it, it went perfect. This will help with kids being able to do laundry. Thanks for this product.
