This is our first new purchase washer/dryer combination in 46 years of marriage. We are enjoying it. The unit came with a printed quick start sheet that was really helpful. Does a nice job and is quiet as it runs.

Upon delivery, the washer door was lose and sagging. I attempted to tighten it but the hinge was warped.

We replaced our 5-year old front loading LG machine and the Electrolux is by far superior. Washing times are faster. There are so many more options. Loving the quick wash and hand wash functions, and the separate pod drawer and selection. Muting the beeping is also a major plus for us. Fabulous job Electrolux.

Love this washer! My only caveat with not giving it 5 stars is that we have a baby in the home and her little socks keep getting stuck in the front rubber area by the window. While not a huge deal, they are her all sopping wet and have to be wrung out.

This is an amazing washer. It has multiple settings for every imaginable scenario including steam cleaning. It’s extremely quite even when spinning. This is our second Electrolux and it won’t be our last!!
