Absolutely love our Electrolux - Front Load Perfect Steam Washer! We purchased the washer and dryer set for our new home that we were building and we couldn't be happier. The appliance itself is beautiful but the ease of use is amazing. Besides our clothes coming out very clean, it is the quietest operating washer we have ever owned.

Bought this washer to replace our last Electrolux washing machine that served us well. We have been happy with how the new machine is working so far. _x000D_ _x000D_ The only problem we have had is that the water hose to the drum wasn’t connected at the factory and flooded the floor the first time we tried to use the machine. It was easily fixed and since then we haven’t had any problems. _x000D_ _x000D_ A new feature we appreciate is that the buzzer can be silenced.

This is my first Electrolux appliance and I am enjoying all of the selections it gives you. I like the cup for detergent pods that mixes with water before it is added to the clothing. The spin cycle is quite a bit noisier than my old machine, but it does a great job of spinning the water out. It came highly recommended by several salespeople at the appliance store.

I’ve owned this washed for a year now, and it does a fine job - my clothes are clean as expected. However the “pretty little chime” to tell you your wash is done is not good enough for a busy household. My kids do their own wash, so we all constantly forget we had something in the wash before it’s hours later and nobody heard the “pretty little chime.” There’s every option you can think of, that you’ll never use, but no option for volume. _x000D_ Also, word of advice, dump all the water you can out of the soap/bleach/fabric softener dispenser after every use.

We could not be more happy with our choice of the Electrolux Front Load Perfect Steam Washer to replace our aging and malfunctioning Samsung set. We have found a truly quality addition to our clothing care line up. We were searching for a washer/dryer pair on pedestals to improve storage and raise the loading position up so we didn't have to bend over to load and unload anymore. The Electrolux set we purchased rated high marks in all the reviews we read and has not disappointed in any way - and we use it for multiple loads daily. Our clothing is cleaner, done faster and clearly with less water use - and the washer is incredibly quiet and vibration free. One never regrets buying quality - Shape Your Living for the Better!

Retired now. worked in the Appliance repair field on laundry for the last 20 years of my 43 year career ending in 2015. After looking at whats available now and what I know about construction of laundry appliances there definitely were brands I WOULD NOT choose. I didnt care about any one particular feature. I chose Electrolux because I'm confident in the quality.

Wasn't sure about buying a front load, but I am liking it very much. This washer has so many washing options. I am loving the quick wash (15 minutes) option, I have never had this before. My old machine had a rapid was option but it still took 40 minutes. I Las res_x000D_ ally like that it has a pod dispenser. Overall it runs quietly with the exception of the spin cycle, which is to be expected.
