We had to purchase a new washer due to.an electric storm. We loved that we have the option to switch the position the door opens. Most machines only open to the left and we needed one that opens to the right. Also our clothes come out cleaner and smelling the best they ever have. It removed old stains our previous machine couldn't remove.

This is a great washer and does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes. One thing I would like changed is the ability to change the soil level and spin level for the 15 minute wash cycle. It would be great if you could select normal or heavy for the soil cycle. This would increase the time of the cycle but would still give you a shorter cycle. Same with the spin cycle. Otherwise we love our new Electrolux washer and dryer.

Our washing machine was delivered with a dent on the inside of the drum. It did more than shake a little bit and after 2 service repair calls, they discovered that the counterweight was never attached. The resulted in needing the shocks and other items to be replaced. While attempting to address the horrible shaking the hot water failed and still has not been addressed event though the replaced boards and the heating element. _x000D_ _x000D_ Avoid Electrolux at all costs because the quality is no longer there. Technicians do not like to work on them and even if you do have someone work on it they may not be familiar with it and thus be unable to truly fix it. Elxectrolux support will tell you everyone is certified, but that's simply not true in the real world. Our previous washing machine was Electrolux and loved it, but clearly times have changed with respect to quality and support.

this washer works well and is fairly quiet. It also looks great. Only issue is with door closing at times. There is a small magnet on opposite side of door and if not positioned right then have issue with door closing.

I've only had the unit a few weeks, so longevity remains to be seen, but the unit is quiet, feels sturdy and has the right amount of options, and no frivolous features like a mobile app.

I had been shopping for a new washer and dryer since we moved into our new home in 2018. When the salesman informed me that the only washer and dryer set that would fit underneath our laundry room granite countertop was the Electrolux, I was elated. My mom had always used her Electrolux vacuum and swore that they were the best quality. My washer has lived up to the hype and my expectations. It is wonderful! I can program it as needed and the clothes come out very clean with such a small amount of soap. I can also sanitize my loads as needed. This is a great product!

Washer is quiet, sturdy, and appears to be very well built. I’m hoping for a long life from this washer.
