I was very hesitant to get a front loader after hearing horror stories online. But felt confident in our service provider who recommended it. So far very pleased with the washer and how much it can fit! Clothes also come out so dry even before the dryer!

It took me a few loads to get used to the difference between the Electrolux and my previous washing machine. Having figured out all the settings, I love it. One thing I especially like is the light inside the washing machine. That is especially helpful in my situation when I am using it during evening hours because the washer des noy face the overhead light in the room. Overall, the washer does a great job. Everything comes out clean, and when extra care is needed because of delicate items it is great. Electrolux was a great choice, especially this model.

I like this washing machine but there is a problem I have had several times. Looking for my warranty info right now to make a call. Several times when I have washed clothes the door isn't unlocking when the clothes finish. This has happened about 4 times in the several months I have had. Eventually, it does unlock. The load I have in now has been finished for two hours and I i still can't open the door.
