Beautiful designed, easy to operate, good instructions, and very clear control panel. However, it was replaced within a week, after the installers discovered a cracked tub. If installed, it would have flooded my 2nd floor. After the cracked plastic piece was removed from below, the installers and I could actually see the floor from the stainless drum (see picture). I don't know was this a quality issue or was it cracked during transport. This washer was made in Mexico and not the US like in the past. Regardless of the case, this should never have happened if Electrolux properly braced or added structural members at the bottom of the washers. Aside from this debacle, the replacement washer performed well with no issues so far in this 2 weeks. It makes unusual sound that I never heard of from any washer, so I'm very concerned about the life of this washer. Other than this, spin cycle is very powerful and the 15 min cycles is a plus. Clothes come out clean and ready to dry. Despite the incident, I'm giving it a 4 star as I trust the brand.

I am very happy with our new washer. This is our second one. The first one wasn’t made correctly. The drum bearing was pressed in at an angle. It would grind and not spin out the clothes. Our new one is great. Everything works great and the clothes come out so clean and are spun out so nice.

I love my new Electrolux washer. My whites are whiter, clothes are cleaner. I like how the dispenser is organized, and it is easy to add bleach, if you’re using, without splashing. It has a ‘clean washer’ cycle, and the rubber gasket around the door is designed such that it doesn’t allow for sock inhalation, which causes problems down the road. It’s quiet, sleek, touch sensitive control panel. My units are stacked-which is a huge space saver. I love them both!

Second Electrolux front loader, love the new features, like the magnetic piece to keep door slightly ajar! Easier to read the dial with this one!

Washer was making terrible noise. Found out on Google that the shipping bolts need to be removed. There should be clear instructions in RED on the top or front of the washer to remove these Bolts before running the machine. Learn from the store personnel that others were returning their machine and Now they Understand why .

This is the second Electrolux washer I’ve owned and surprisingly cleans my clothes better than the last one which I thought did a great job. The twelve year old model I had was still working fine but I bought a new washer and dryer pair and couldn’t be happier. The addition of “Pure Rinse” option which adds a spray of clean water which removes all of the residual detergent that is left behind in other washers. The clothes come out cleaner and fresher smelling without perfumed detergent odor. I can’t imagine a better washer. You can washer the dirtiest clothes on one of the many cycle choices right down to your most delicate fabrics without worry. You can even customize special cycles to adapt to any wash ing need.

So far this is the best washer I have owned. Clothes come out very clean. This is my first washer with a light in it. It has multiple settings for everything I have needed to wash. Great purchase so far. It is 2 months old.
