This is the best washing machine I’ve ever had. Hands down. I would buy it again. Even though I don’t need a dryer I’m thinking about buying the matching dryer.

I bought the Electrolux-Front Load Perfect Steam washer with LuxCare Plus Wash model ELFW7537AW1 based on the review and my past experiences with Electrolux products. However, I am very disappointed because this new washer is too noisy. I can hear the cracking noise when the washer changes from one stage to another (for example, from wash to rinse or from rinse to drain). The engine noise is loud, and it vibrates a lot, especially during the spin. My old Frigidaire Galaxy series washer is much quieter than this new Electrolux washer. This new washer also does not have the light indicators to tell you if the machine is in a wash, rinse, or spin cycle like my old washer. It seems like there is not enough water to rinse the clothes. It has a pure rinse option, but it does not give you the option to choose how many times you want to rinse the clothes. I am still waiting for the Electrolux service person to come to diagnose and fix the noise problem and see if he can adjust the water level.

My Sears Kenmore front loader stopped draining. This would be the second time in 8 years that the machine would require service. After reading CR I chose the Electrolux. Only had it for a month but I am thoroughly satisfied. This machine has so many features and is fairly quiet since my husbands office is next to the laundry room.Clothes come out clean.

Nice looking machine, big and gets the jobs done. It’s a little loud and there are a lot of settings that mostly do the same thing.

Replaced an older Whirlpool washer that sometimes leaked. This one is slightly bigger (with practically same outside dimensions) and the variaty of programs covers everything we need._x000D_ It is very quite and does a great job washing our clothes. My wife loves how easy it is to switch between programs.

Bought this for our vacation home. I have an Electrolux Front load washer at home and really like it. This is wonderful. I love the different settings even though I probably won't ever use all of them. It's so easy to customize the washer to the load you're doing. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone.
