No replacement of the defect unit. Technician came and had to order a new piece. 3 weeks without a working fridge, we lost our tenants because of that.

We recently purchased this fridge to replace our older second fridge. This fridge has so much space and is perfect for the space we were needing it for. While we bought it as a back up fridge to our larger kitchen fridge, but would be amazing as a primary.

I purchased this in November 2023 and I have no complaints and hopefully never will. It freezes quickly, everything g remains nice and cold, and it is super easy to clean. And it is the perfect size for a single person.

I needed a new fridge after my last one died. I have read about Frigidaire's reliability and reputation. After delivery, I found the process of unwrapping plastic film from the fridge painstakingly long. Some small pieces of green plastic remain stuck in the fridge's crevices. _x000D_ _x000D_ I immediately noticed the fridge temperature dial not being able to rotate past the recommended temperature. The store's repair contractor fixed this issue two weeks after purchase by loosening the compartment holding the dial. The technician told me it was screwed on too tight. _x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge keeps things cold and looks good doing it. That's all that matters.
