Home Depot redirected us to contact Frigidaire manufacturer directly. We were excited for this fridge due to price and reviews but it broke in 4 months. We came back after vacation to a spoiled food and melted ice. It was exhausting to clean up and locate where we can store the salvaged products + transport them. It was Sunday, so I could only call them on Monday to only hear the technician will come in 4 days on Thursday. I requested a compensation for the spoiled food but they said it's not covered until I had to bring up my Consumers rights in Quebec. They requested pictures of spoiled food of which I do not have since we just threw them out in the garbage. We lost way more groceries but at least I could find 4 receipts from our grocery stores. I settled with 100$ just because it was to stressful to go back and forward with them. Technician comes on Thursday, I had to skip my work since we did not know the time of when he will arrive. He came for 10 minutes and said there is a broken part which he have to order. It could take 1-3 weeks or more depending on the back orders...We like to cook and eating out breakfast, lunch and dinner would be to expensive. We can't wait so long so I had to buy a mini fridge from Walmart. I contacted the customer service and explained my situation that we would be saving receipts of the restaurants and the mini fridge for the reimbursement on which I was receiving a repetitive reply that a technician will fix in in a week or so. In the end the customer service representative just hung up on me mid conversation, I waited 30 minutes expecting a call back but unfortunately it did not happened. I never experienced such an unprofessional experience from such a big brand. It was already a long day and that pushes me to contact Quebec's Customer Protection Office directly and open a case. This is an ongoing issue and I will update this review through out the whole experience. A fridge should not break in 4 weeks, I just wanted it to be fixed so we can finally cook but yea, this was the worst experience with such a large appliance, with the service and the product. Just leaving an honest review to other buyers. Not recommended.

J'ai choisi d'acheter ce frigo apres que mon frigo que j'avais sa fait 10 ans nous a laché. J'aime la qualité de ce frigo, il fait bien le travail. La seule affaire que je trouve qui pourrait etre amelioré c'est le bruit, le frigo fait un peu trop de bruit. Dans tous les cas je recommande la marque Frigidaire a tous mes amis et a ma famille, c'est une marque de confiance

Chauffage raide des plaques, facile à nettoyer, four assez grand avec plusieurs positions de grilles.

I bought a month ago. Love the room inside the freezer and fridge. Runs a lot and is a little noisy but I still love it.

Contente d'etre de retour a la simplicité sans gadgets inutiles ou de congelateur dans le bas, qui finnissent toujours par se briser.

Made in US, nice fridge but poor support from frigidere.ca._x000D_ Buy it from BestBuy and buy also 5 years protection plan from them , not from Frigidaire (only 3 years from them)

Purchased this fridge about a month ago, was at first reluctant because of the great price.. wasn’t sure how the quality would be. _x000D_ Let’s start with the outside, the stainless finish is gorgeous! Very very fancy looking. _x000D_ The inside is just as nice as the outside. While it’s smaller, the design makes it feel like a larger fridge. _x000D_ Will definitely be purchasing another Frigidaire product! _x000D_ Thanks again!

Je me rends compte que mon appareil qui avait 27 ans était bien meilleur au niveau de la qualité et la résistance des matériaux. Ça se voit et ça s’entendait, car la plaque du fond (en plastique) du congélateur vibre terriblement quand il se met en marche dans mon nouvel appareil, et ce, malgré que je me sois assurée que rien ne la touche. Sinon, il est beau, et l’extérieur se lave bien.

Love the size of this fridge. Lots of room in the freezer/fridge.The freezer section is on top. You need to bend down to get food out of the fridge, this doesn’t bother us. At first the fridge was very noisy. When reading the manual it states that it would be, now it is perfectly working without the noise
