Our refrigerator we'd had for years in our garage died. We looked at several bud settled on this model. It is MUCH better than we realized. We loved the single doors versus the double doors we previously had. The top freezer is much easier to access than our previous bottom model. And the size is perfect- plenty of extra room for our 2nd refrigerator but an excellent value for the money.

top freezer/ Refrigerator_x000D_ When looked at refrigerator at the store it was not plugged in. We liked the size, it fit in our utility room perfectly. We we plugged in in we noticed there was no light in the freezer and the light in the refrigerator was not protected by a cover. I called the factory and they said that the cover for the light was a Accessory but they would send me one. When I received the light cover it was the wrong one. I'm still waiting on a response from Frigidaire.

Disappointed in this model. 1st unit had paint damage and signs of compressor leakage. 2nd unit had paint damage in exact same place (factory packaging?}. I took a discount and kept it. Serious issues with temperature control. Followed manual many times but refrigerator section is ALWAYS near freezing. That is with the setting near the least "cold". Needs a freezer light. It's worth a few more bucks.

My husband and I bought this fridge two months ago. We love the fridge. It is very simple and was affordable. We like that it is not too bulky and fits all of our groceries.

I like it and would buy it again. A good buy for the price point. It does have a cold spot in the fridge section where an item might freeze partially, so the cooling is a bit uneven. It has plenty is space in both sections.

I purchased this unit primarily because of the Frigidaire name, the size of the unit and the simplicity of the unit...we just needed a basic refrigerator to replace our 15 year old unit. The Frigidaire was delivered on March 13th...it was plugged in as per instructions and let cool until March 15 when we transferred all of our food into it from the old unit. By March 17th all of our freezer items had begun to thaw. The next day we decided to transfer all the food back into the old unit that was put out to the garage. It took two full days of calling before we were connected to Frigidaire customer service. They scheduled a local appliance repair company to come out on Friday March 20th between 8:00am and 12:pm. At 11;00am i received a call from Customer service that the repair company declined to come out. Another appointment was made for Tuesday March 24. That repairman decided to replace 4 parts in the unit...those parts would have to be ordered. Monday March 30 I received a call from the appliance repair company that the parts were backordered. I called Frigidaire Customer service to see if the parts can be expedited since this is a brand new unit... they too confirmed that they did not have the parts for their new product. I asked if they could exchange the unit...their answer was "no", we would just have to wait for the parts, with no timetable on when. I called Home Depot, where I bought the unit, they in turn called Frigidaire and informed me that Frigidaire will replace the not working unit. When Frigidaire called me to make arrangements, it was then discovered that they would send me a loaner unit...not acceptable! It was the customer service reps at Home Depot that took charge. They refunded my money and suggested I order a new unit, and that they would cover the cost for the delivery service to take back the non working Frigidaire. However, when the delivery service came to drop off the new unit, they refused to take the non working unit back with them. Home Depot credited us $100 for our troubles in disposing of the non working Frigidaire. I would avoid buying anything with Frigidaire on the side of it...just because of their extremely poor customer service. $700 is a lot of money these days and for a company not to stand behind their products is unacceptable. Soooo.... if you want great customer service, a company that stands behind their product and values you as a customer... Order a Whirlpool refrigerator from Home Depot... they work great.

good styling, absolutely no issues, excellent products, I also bought a cooking range, and again looks very good, excellent ,styling, with no issues ,I would recomend, frigadaire products to my friends and family,
