I bought a Frigidaire model FFHT1835, it was two years old, however it was only used six months a year and the compressor died, it had a short to ground. I contacted Electrolux, the owners of Frigidaire and they said, it is older than 1 year old , so no warranty for you. I contacted the warranty repair technician in my area to see if he could replace the compressor, he said he had the tools, but not the training, I contacted another technician in my area, he had the training but he didn't have the tools. So the first brand new fridge I ever bought broke and Electrolux didn't care, they had my hard earned cash and didn't care about me. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Have only had this new frig for 1 month but we can already tell that we will love our new addition for years to come._x000D_ The spaciousness, compartments, & spacing will make using this delightful for the entire family.

Bought the fridge/freezer after our old one would not stay cold anymore. This fridge/freezer appeared to be smaller than our old one but actually holds the same amount of food.

I have had to employ a cat toy with magnets on all four feet to properly keep the freezer closed. Poor design. The freezer shelf bows alarmingly when stocked so I'm using an additional wire shelf and only put light things on the provided shelf. The drawers feel flimsy. To move the shelves you actually need to pinch the clips at the back on both sides and then pop it up and toward the door. This is not clear in the instructions. Also unclear in the instructions was what the random plastic bits included are for.
