I ordered this on Home Depot web site July 1, it was delivered July 8 and started failing July 14. I contacted Frigidaire July 15. Initial service appt scheduled for July 20, but that was canceled by Frigidaire and moved to July 23. On July 23 service tech came and said entire system had failed. Ordered parts he said would be delivered to me by July 28, tech would be here July 29 to repair. Neither happened. Got a call mid day on July 29 that parts not shipped yet and tech out thru July 31. Appt moved to August 6. Today is July 30 and got text parts shipped and would be here within 5 business days. So while the staff has been very apologetic and professional, I am not happy with this product.

we purchased this about a month ago, and did have a problem in that the freezer is leaking air due to a defective gasket around the door, thanks to Home Depot's 48 hr policy we will be recieving a replacement on August 12. But we are very pleased with the product , the room, size of shelves, especially the door shelves. we just have to remove the built-up ice in the freezer every couple of days but sure that will stop when our replacement arrives.

I bought this in the mist of the COVID 19 pandemic for stocking up on food items so i don’t have to go out as often and in case of food shortages. Beyond that, I love having it for extra drinks and snacks for the everyone so the kitchen isn’t so crowded all the time.

As new empty nesters we don't need as much fridge. The 18.3 ft is perfect. We have tons of room and with no handles and a smaller foot print it gives us more room in the kitchen. It cools a freezes much quicker and is much more efficient.

I purchased our 18.3 Cu. Ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator in July of 2020. The unit is functioning well. Other refrigerators were too large to fit into the space under the overhead cabinets, but this model fit like a glove. The other feature I like is that it doesn't have handles that stick out. Plenty of space for what we need at an affordable price. A modern refrigerator with a quasi-retro feel.

It has a horrible smell in it that make the ice unusable. Emptied and cleaned it several times. Repair technician unable to determine cause.

Am happy with the new refrigerator. The freezer and refrigerator are doing their jobs! Plenty of room inside.

Disappointed with the new appliance freezer door doesn’t shut properly already had service on it after 3 days and the store I ordered from then transferred my order to a different store which added to the problem was not happy with their customer service
