the freezer has all this room and places for two shalves but no shalves exist .not user friendly._x000D_ how do I purchase a shelf

I got this refrigerator 3 weeks ago and it works great! It has even cooling throughout the fridge and freezer. There's no need to defrost the freezer because, it has a self-defrost function and no drip pan to remove. Also, the door shelves are big, sturdy(holds gallons of milk and juice), and have no slots, so your food doesn't slide out. The storage space inside the fridge/freezer is huge and its able to hold lots of food without sacrificing any of its cooling power. It has large glass shelves, which I prefer to my old refrigerator that had metal grates. All in all, this is a great refrigerator/freezer by Frigidaire and if you need to purchase a new one, get this one! You'll really like it!

Have had for about a month and it works wonderfully. Consistently cool and a surprising amount of room. Love how the doors close.

Bought this for a beach house and its room, makes plenty of ice and meets out needs. The door was delivered damaged and was quickly replaced.

My last fridge lasted for over 15 years. This one is slightly larger and there seems to be more room in it compared to the old one. I will note that some salad froze on the bottom shelf, thus the 4 stars. Otherwise it fills my need. Hope it will also last 15 years. Anyone taking bets?
