My refrigerator freezes the foods and my freezer forms icicles on the door and the cabinet also forms icicles and no one wants to help correct it

I was used to 21 cu ft, so a little bit smaller. No butter holder on the door. Separate temperature control for freezer and frig. Keeps food very cold. Compressor is quiet, no excess noise. I like the way the door opens, no handles to clean, just a opening for pulling the door open. Front is smooth and easy to clean. I bought extra bins for the freezer because there's only one shelf and I need several. When I lean in to reach something, I hit my head when after I've grabbed the milk. I'm not used to it being so low. I guess I'll learn.
