4 Good value

We bought this for our 2nd refrigerator. The lower section is very bright with nice glass shelves. The freezer is spacious and very usable. Tall bottles must go in door shelves, don’t fit on the glass shelves unless you rearrange them.

I bought a month ago and absolutely love it. The style and design fits my kitchen and the price didn't break the bank.

1 Dead On Arrival: Can't Be Returned or Repaired

Ordered this refrigerator because it came up on the Home Depot website when we searched for "Garage Ready Refrigerator." _x000D_ _x000D_ Unfortunately, it never got cold at all. First, I gave it 24 hours to get cold, as instructions suggested. When it didn't get cold, I checked the settings and saw that I had turned it to the warmer than recommended setting. So, I turned it to "recommended," and waited another 24 hours, as instructions suggested._x000D_ _x000D_ Still it didn't get cold. So, I next turned it to "coldest," and waited another 24 hours. Still not cold._x000D_ I bought a thermometer, and it read 65 degrees = same as our garage!_x000D_ _x000D_ I called home depot, and they said I had gone past the 48-hour return policy on appliances!_x000D_ Told me I had to call Frigidaire Service Department. I said this is a new refrigerator, only 7 days old, and that it has never worked. They said: "too bad."_x000D_ _x000D_ So, I called Frigidaire Service. Very Nice on the phone. Service tech drove 120 miles for same day service! I was impressed. TNR Appliance in Vancouver, Washington. Very Good Company._x000D_ _x000D_ Technician said it needed a "garage kit" that costs $45. I said, fine. He explained that the salesmen never seem to know about it, but that being in the garage, the external temperature was too cold for the refrigerator to work, so it needed to be warmed using this "garage kit."_x000D_ _x000D_ Only problem was, it didn't fit this new model. He called Frigidaire Service Support, and was told that there is no "garage kit" available for this model refrigerator. I said that I bought it because it was "garage ready." He said: "advertising!"_x000D_ _x000D_ He said the refrigerator "will probably work in the summer." _x000D_ Well, today is March 25th. _x000D_ It seemed that I was to be stuck with a new refrigerator that MIGHT work in the summertime. _x000D_ He told me I'll "have to wait and see."_x000D_ _x000D_ No returns after 48 hours._x000D_ Not a good policy._x000D_ With Lowe's the return period is 30 day._x000D_ Should have gone with Lowe's._x000D_ _x000D_ Just as the tech was closing everything up, we both heard a hissing sound from the back of the refrigerator. He opened it up, and found that all of the refrigerant had leaked out of the "Sealed System" and there was oil leaking all over, too. _x000D_ _x000D_ He said the copper tubing had been pinched open (broken) - probably in shipping._x000D_ Unfortunately, he said, this new model uses R600 as the refrigerant. His company doesn't do R-600 repairs he said, because it's a $6,000 tool kit that his company cannot afford yet._x000D_ _x000D_ He said he only works on older model "Sealed Systems" that use R-134 Coolant. So, he had to drive 120 miles back to Washington State. He said he would tell Frigidaire about it, and that they would probably be calling me in a couple of days or so, if they can find a service company that handles R-600 Coolant._x000D_ _x000D_ So, this whole experience has been very poor, even though the people I talked to were very nice._x000D_ I seem to be stuck, and Home Depot was absolutely of no help to me at all._x000D_ _x000D_ They delivered a damaged refrigerator, that only works in summer, and that cannot be repaired by anyone within 120 miles of Eugene, Oregon. So, do not buy this refrigerator, and You might want to buy from Lowe's instead of from Home Depot.

5 Great spacious appliance!

I bought this a couple months ago. It's the most spacious refrigerator I've ever owned! It was present on the settings and never had to adjust it at all!

5 Simple and beautiful Refrigerator

We are very happy with this refrigerator. The lighting is wonderful and the freezer space is more than adequate. I'll be honest, I get giddy every time I use it because it's pretty nice to have in the house.

5 Lots of space

This frig holds so much more than my side-be-side. It is easy to find everything and it keeps foods and drinks VERY cold.
