I had to tilt it quite a bit to get to stop making noise....sounded like a fan or something was scraping. There was a scratch across the door (loading strap??) and a dent in the foot of the door.

I needed to replace a refrigerator that was probably 20 years old. The model I bought is basic but I love it. It is nice to have a refrigerator that actually keeps food cold/frozen and doesn't leak. Ice maker works great. I am happy with it and recommend it for someone who has limited space and wants just a basic model.

This is a very good refrigerator and a great step up from their lowest level 1814 model._x000D_ This has everything you need if you are trying to save money but get a very good product._x000D_ The only issue I have is that there is no light in the freezer. In this day and age, would think they could add LED lighting to the freezer to make it easier to see when you opened the door .. just like the bottom part of the refrigerator.

Very disappointed! Freezes everything even tho I have lowered down temperature as low as it can and still keep food safe.

I'm getting use to no door handle and kind of like that feature! What I can't seem to adjust to is that the doors don't automatically close until they are almost closed! I guess I'll get use to that also!

I was planning on buying a more expensive refrigerator but you know...Covid and who knows about our job situations will be in the future. I bought this one because it was on sale at Home Depot for $600ish. We are very glad with the purchase - especially the seal on the the freezer and refrigerator. Our last one was a bottom freezer and we all agree that we like the freezer on the top.

It is great having the handles recessed instead of protruding into the kitchen space. The shelves are easy to reposition to meet my needs. There is plenty of room for a family of two.
