I purchased this item just five days ago and noticed an issue with the Auto-close Doors. They don't automatically close when they are at around 30-degree angle. In fact, they seem to move in the opposite direction, opening wide when I leave it at 45-degree angle. My initial thought was that the contents on the door shelves might be too heavy, so I removed all the items. I even used a laser level to check if the doors were properly aligned. Despite my attempts at troubleshooting, I couldn't find a way to make these doors automatically close, as my old fridge used to do._x000D_ Upon closer inspection of the doors, I also discovered that there was some grease applied to the door hinges before it was delivered. Concerned about these issues, I contacted customer service to report the problem yesterday. They suggested sending someone to look. However, when I returned home last night, I noticed that all the food on the first and second shelf of the fridge had been frozen. I double-checked the temperature settings, and they were set to the manufacturer's recommended settings._x000D_ I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced similar problems with this model, or if it's just an issue with my unit. I initially had high expectations for this well-known brand, but I'm currently quite disappointed. Should I proceed with getting it repaired and keep it or simply return it?

i bought this fridge in March..had to return it due to frost build up in the freezer...second fridge delivered and the condenser fan is rattling like a 747 in my kitchen... Fridgidaire after service has been good and proactive but this has been a disappointing purchase

We bought our Fridge about 4 months ago. Unfortunately, it has stopped working. The fridge and freezer are not cooling or freezing. The reset option has not worked and this is the second time we've had someone come to look at the fridge. The fridge is new and has been installed properly. Thank goodness for the manufacturers warranty. It's frustrating haveing a fridge that does not work.I would not recommend this product.

Just got this delivered today from Costco. Waited several hours before plugging in it, and as soon as we did, the thing sounded like there was a lawn mower in the freezer. Luckily when we called Costco, the woman on the phone was able to hear to fridge in the background and just told us to unplug it and said they'll send us another._x000D_ _x000D_ Hopefully the next one works properly. Now we're stuck another 7 days without a fridge.

This refrigerator never worked. It started to freeze in the refrigerator part and then the temp is now at 16 celsius. The appliance repair cie told me it will be too expensive to repair and therefore should get a new one. Needless to say I don't recommend buying this fridge.

I was limited on size for a fridge, this fridge fit the space perfectly and holds so much, I'm more than pleased with the storage capability in the freezer, and love the clear shelving in both the Fridge and Freezer.

We bought this fridge to use as a second storage fridge in our garage. It runs well, fits into the limited space yet has plenty of room inside both the fridge and the freezer compartments.. it looks smart inside and out.

After a manufacturing defect, the replacement fridge had another issue with the freezer door. The hassle of waiting for new fridge delivery I general is stressful never-ending having to go through it twice. Hopefully the tech can fix it this time.

We got it for 3 days, we live the space and the look_x000D_ But… the freezer makes noise, the fan is like hitting on the plastic. The noise is unbearable._x000D_ Did it happen to anyone else?_x000D_ We called the service and they only told us to unplug it for 30 minutes.
