I purchased this refrigerator a couple of months ago. While it is working perfectly, there is still room for improvement. The steel quality does not match that of other brands in this price range, and the finishing on the edges is not up to expectations. Additionally, the materials used in the interior are not sturdy; they are quite thin, including the partition glass in the freezer. Overall, the build quality does not meet the standard for this price range. However, one significant advantage is that the door can be swapped to open from either the left or right side.

Simple fridge with simple features. We just love the depth of the fridge and top freezer, ample space. Also, the door can hold so many items.

This model is as basic as it gets. No bells or whistles (no ice maker etc.) but in my mind that's what makes this model so appealing. Fewer moving parts means fewer repairs. For the budget conscious consumer, this is a great buy.

I bought this fridge a month ago through Costco. It is working fine so far. The reason I chose this fridge was because it is fundamental: it doesn't have any fancy things and I just need it to be cold. I don't even need water nor ice makers. So I purchased this model. I hope this lasts 10 years. So far it's worked for one month.

I’ve only had a couple weeks and no major issues. It’s very roomy, quiet, looks good. Cons the door closes heavy snd hard . But overall I really like it

Very pleased with our new Frigidaire 20 cu. ft. Fantastic appearance in stainless. Liking the deli drawer, our 1st ever and great for cheeses and luncheon meats, etc. Our previous fridge had many drawers while this unit has full shelves. The only cons are 1) it took considerable time for delivery. We had a minimal amount of food spoil and had the use of our nephew's mini bar fridge for milk, eggs, etc. A big thanks to him. 2) When reaching into the door shelf to get a taller item, I cut the back of my hand due to a plastic tab which is not even with the rest of the shelf bottom. I checked the other door bins and they are likewise but not as extreme. I had to clean and bandage the scratch which was about 1-1/2" long. Otherwise, very pleased with the new product.
