Installed this oven in a new kitchen in July. Was happy with the features and style until the microwave glass shattered when in normal use (the inner layer). Extremely dangerous. When we were cleaning up we note the microwave door glass middle layer is not well designed and adhered. There are screws holding the glass that appears to weaken the glass. Maybe our unit is defective - but I would caution users.

It is so easy to use. The microwave is great and the wall oven gives us so much flexibility.

Really enjoy this wall oven microwave and our guest are blown away when you tell them where the microwave is! Only issue is the oven lights don’t work so having a warranty repair out for a 3 week old wall oven isn’t ideal!

We bought this little over a month ago, the tempurature is verry accurate. Most pleasing was how intuitive the controlls are didnt need to read the manual to start using._x000D_ My wife loves all the features and that it came with enough racks , roll out rack and air fry basket._x000D_ We are loving the new purchase.

We have had this oven combo for just over 2 years now and have had nothing but problems with it. We have had it serviced 5 times since we purchased it, and not always for the same issue. It failed again today, Christmas eve and was last looked at in October of this year. Holidays are difficult enough without worrying if my oven. Is going to work. Customer service should be replacing my unit at this point, it is obviously defective and getting repairs in my is difficult because Frigidaire does not use our local appliance repair businesses. When it is working, it is OK. I like the microwave/convection oven combo. Air fry works well and overall it cooks evenly. Draw backs include the probe cooking function that doesn't work well and is unreliable, and you can only delay start by 1 hour unfortunately,. And, of course, you never know when it is going to let you down and how many weeks it will take to get it repaired.
