We spent more than $2k on this oven. We were quite specific about what we wanted and this fit the bill. The convection bake option, which was part of the reason we bought it, does not work, the fan does not stay on whilst baking it turns off once it is at temperature - which is not convection! So now we have to have some one come out and ‘repair’ a brand new oven. Also the temperature setting was more than 50f off, luckily we could adjust it but why would a new oven be 50f off. _x000D_ These were similar issues to other reviews, I don’t think it was worth the money or the hassle.

fait beaucoup moins de bruit que le modèle précédent acheté il y a 2 ans. J'ai dû changer car pas de disponibilité de pièce de remplacement d'une simple tirette de la tablette du bas (maintenant au centre sur ce modèle).

We spent extra to get an oven with dials, thinking the mechanism would be simpler/less prone to breakage. When the oven arrived, however, we realized that the knobs control the digital screen! It's weird. The timer (touch screen) is difficult to use, and the oven itself is LOUD. The convection fan rattles when it's speeding up/slowing down. We kept it because it's a pain to uninstall/reinstall wall ovens, but I can't say that I'd recommend this oven.

Pretty happy with it preheat it only takes 10 minutes which my whirlpool took a half hour so far so good

Excellent oven. Heats up incredibly quickly and range of settings is great. Air Fry is great for so many dishes.

We're in the middle of a heat wave so we haven't used the oven very much. The few times though, it has worked very well and the controls are easy to use. Having two timers is great too but we find it hard to set them to an specific time - the touch panel is not responsive. Probably will take more practice.

I’ve had the oven for three weeks and am still getting used to its features. So far, it’s been performing well. The no-preheat option is quite convenient. I still need to assess how easy it is to keep clean.

Our control board is not displaying the temperatures correctly. Missing or broken digits. Tech support came to inspect. Requires a new control board. 5 day wait if in Canada up to 2 weeks if US delivery. Not the greatest beginning. Luckily under warranty.
