Unit meets my needs. I had a french door bottom freezer- it gave out after 11 years- spent $300. to fix it to no avail. Friends and repair person both advised that appliances are only built for 10 years. I have 3 other fridges- 2 at the cottage, spare at the house, all top freezers and all are 20 years old plus..

We have had this fridge for just over 3 weeks now and it’s working well . Fits the same space as our 20 year old fridge did but is much more spacious inside . In a small open concept floor plan it is surprisingly quiet . We are pleased with _x000D_ this purchase and hope it continues to run well for years .

I chose this fridge when my freezer-less fridge stopped working. I was expecting to feel a big difference in space with loss of fridge space, but it is only a slight adjustment, with the freezer space as a bonus. Lots of room in the shelves on the door. I did buy a rack to allow for easier storage on the top shelf (for jams, etc.). One side of the top shelf can hold taller items, and the other side, with the shelf, can hold jars I would have had to stack. I also really like the deli drawer. Holds cheeses, butter and meats and is easy to see it all.

My previous Frigidaire refrigerator lasted 20 years without any trouble whatsoever. This is why I'm sticking with the brand for a similar, but more spacious model. The evenness of the cooling airflow and the no nonsense simple shelving design of the unit are what I like most about it. I'll have to wait and see about the longevity of this newer model with fingers crossed!

No fancy bells and whistles, but does what it should and keeps food cold. Have only had it a couple of weeks. Didn’t notice on delivery but a few days later that a tiny bit of the paint was scratched off but can’t be bothered to officially complain or return. Other than that, so far, so good!
