J’ai acheté le réfrigérateur le mois dernier et j’en suis très satisfait et je le recommande en plus de la renommée de Frigidaire pour sa qualité de produits.

The fridge arrived with a leak in the coolant line and 24 hours after being plugged in and cooled down it began warming up. Once it warmed up and all my frozen food thawed out and milk and meat spoiled, the time limit of 48 hours had passed and I was unable to have the fridge replaced by the store I bought it from (Home Depot). Frigidaire sent a serviceman out to have a look at the fridge and he declared it DOA. Now I have to wait a week for some department at Frigidaire to review my request for a replacement. _x000D_ Aside from that, the shelves in the fridge are of such cheap plastic I don't have much confidence in them lasting more than a year. I'll never buy from Frigidaire again.

Je suis ravie d'avoir ce produit, c'est le première frigo Frigidaire que j'ai acheté et je suis positivement surprise avec les fonctionnalités et l'ampleur dedans l'appareil.

I am happy with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. I love the long dairy and meat drawer, and the bottom crispers roll out so easily. Bright light in the fridge part. This model is much quieter than my old one. A very basic model fridge, but exactly what I need. Thank you.

I ordered this refrigerator through BestBuy.ca. It arrived damaged in multiple places; it was missing one of the clear plastic wrap-around bins for the door shelves, the doors do not auto close when open 5' or less; the refrigerator is not zero clearance despite the impression created by a picture on the Frigidaire website (as a result the door could not be reversed in my kitchen contrary to the 2012 30" Frigidaire refrigerator previously in the same location), and the Frigidaire sign on the freezer door was quite crooked. I did receive a replacement refrigerator just over a week later that was not damaged, had a much straighter Frigidaire sign, and was not missing any pieces but the functional issues of course remained and I had to clean up the mess created with bringing in a new refrigerator in the winter time for the second time. All in all, it was not a good experience and not what I expected from Frigidaire.

We chose this model for its large capacity per price. It has just the basic features but that's all we need as a second fridge. Very satisfied with the purchase. We trust the brand from having previously bought an upright freezer from them.
