5 Upright Freezer Model FFUE2022AW

The freezer was delivered on July 3rd. We are loving it. We replaced a chest freezer with this standup. Our chest freezer was a Frigidaire and 20 years old without any issues. But we wanted something that could be upstairs close to the kitchen for easy access. This freezer is pretty large and is working great. We love it! Would 100% recommend getting a Frigidaire Upright freezer!

5 Does what is supposed to

Leaving it on the recommended setting is keeping things nice and cool at -20 C while using much less power than those behemoths from the 70s. I can only hope it lasts half as long as they did!

4 The freezer works, but is making a constant buzzing noise.

I have been trying to get a service technician to come and investigate, but not having any luck with customer service. I asked to speak to a manager but also no contact. Good customer service is a thing of the past.

Could use an additional shelf. Bottom basket should have complete front same as the back to store more products instead of a very low front.
