We purchased a Frigidaire chest freezer a little over 3 years ago and we have been so disappointed with its performance. Did not matter what the temperature setting was - everything was always half frozen and thus ended up with freezer burn. Finally decided to replace it with an upright and are we ever happy. Everything is actually frozen and SO ORGANIZED! Wish we had not waited so long to make the change.

We liked the fact that you could move the shelving. This enabled us to put in an extra shelf. One of the reasons we bought this model. One does not need 3 feet between shelves. I don't like the bottom basket but it does work. I hope it lasts longer than 5 years like the last one.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and am very happy with it. Lots of room and it is nice to find things in it without digging to the bottom of a chest freezer

I was using a standard horizontal freezer and I had to reach down sometimes to get to the bottom and the food would get bad because it was hidden…

We bought a 20 cu ft upright freezer in August-September 2024 and I am loving it! I was able to put “bins” on the shelves to keep things organized and the shelves in the doors are spacious and keeps items equally froze as in the main freezer section. We have had a 4 hour power outage and when I checked after the power was back on, everything was still froze. I love that I’m not reaching down into the freezer…and I love to have my freezer organized…and this product really works for me! ????

We were so satisfied with a Frigidaire Fridge purchased in 2006 (still running as a secondary fridge) that we decided to stay with the same brand for our freezer. We've owned the freezer for over 4 months and it works perfectly. Deliver staff were excellent (they had to switch the door from right hand to left hand opening before installing).
