The fist one came delivered with a dent and scratch in the bottom freezer door, and was left here while waiting for the replacement. While we had it you could hear what sounded like motorcycle revving sounds coming from the fridge every so often. The new fridge came to replace it, and the bottom freezer drawer did not open and close properly (grinding on slides) and the left fridge door would not line up no matter the levelling or adjusting screw and the left door flap would make a loud squeak sound every time you operated the flap. The second fridge also made motorcycle revving sounds every once in a while, Third fridge is now here and so far all components line up and fridge is working._x000D_ Interior Organization is ok, but the main shelves have VERY limited up and down movement due to a poor design and lack of bracket to move the shelves up and down on, this leaves the middle spacing very limited. That bracket should have been extended down further to allow for the shelf to be lowered more.

I love the options this fridge gives me with the adjustable shelves and also having the flex drawer has been very helpful if i need extra freezer storage or if i just want to store some drinks! my only complaint would be the water filter, it has not been easy to get a replacement filter, i haven’t been able to find in any stores in Canada.

We love the extra drawer between the French/fridge doors and the freezer drawer. It is the perfect spot for snacks for the kids that they are able to reach themselves. And we love the black stainless steel.

We've only had the fridge for a few weeks and like the options so far. The smaller pullout is excellent for all kinds of unique storage. The water/ice feature is great.
