Wanted to change from gas and choose induction stove top . After a few weeks of use, we like our highly rated Frigidaire cooktop very much. Certainly some time to get used to induction.. Best is much easier to clean

When my existing cooktop failed, it was a no-brainer to replace it with a Frigidaire Gallery induction model, I having done a ton of research on both the reliability of the product itself and the advantages of induction cooking - to say nothing of the good looks of the Frigidaire Gallery cooktop._x000D_ _x000D_ My research notwithstanding, we're positively blown away by the efficiency and speed when cooking with induction - giving me all the benefits and more of cooking with gas without any of the disadvantages._x000D_ _x000D_ Sure, we had to replace a number of pots and pans that were not induction-friendly (bottoms not magnetic), but it was time to do so and what a life-transforming change it has been all round! Now we're always looking for new things to try on our new cooktop, experimenting with the "maintain temperature" function and the vast range of precise heating options available to us, from melting chocolate to rapidly boiling water in a fraction of the time it took previously._x000D_ _x000D_ Best of all, no more heat in the kitchen from red-hot burners and no nasty burns or melted plastic items that come into contact with the cooktop._x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you Frigidaire for an amazing, reliable and classy product that's sure to give us years of enjoyment!

Picked induction rather than gas and I love it. Just as fast and responsive but efficient and clean. Sometimes the buttons are a bit tough to hit as they're solid state, but it's great overall.

High-end, elegant stoves make the kitchen shine! The stove top is spacious and bright, and it has five hobs, each with its own separate control switch, which is very practical.

Previously had induction stove and with new home build took the unit with us as backup until new kitchen installed. Now have cooktop and it works even better. Quick to boil and simmers, gentle boils on lower settings. Actually have the entire kitchen, laundry Frigidaire!

My husband does all the cooking in the house and loves this cooktop. Last night he was saying that the speed that it heats up and heats water streamlined his cooking by about 15 minutes and a meal that would have taken 45 minutes took less than 30. That makes him more efficient and cooking is less tiring. Cleaning it is a breeze; no more bits of food stuck under a burner to smoke. It's safe. We are both in our 60s and used to check on each other to make sure the burners were turned off. This is not an issue. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

had my induction cooktop installed 1 week ago and have immediately bonded to this way of cooking!!! I was surprised at the noise it makes when cooking but that is a small price to pay for the efficiency and clean lines of the cooktop.
