I BOUGHT THIS IN JANUARY. IT WAS JUST PUT IN 2 WEEKS AGO. WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED IT DID NOT WORK. I CALLED FRIGIDAIRE LATE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THE REPAIR MAN WAS AT MY HOUSE MONDAY MORNING. SIMPLE FIX, A WIRE WAS NOT CONNECTED IN THE UPPER UNIT. LOVE THIS PRODUCT. LOOKS AMAZING WORKS EVEN BETTER. I AM A PROFESSIONAL CHEF

This hood is SO loud we regret the purchase. It does work in terms of venting odors but it is so incredibly loud you cannot converse or hear anything even on low setting. Almost need ear protection!

I moved into a home with this already installed, new. We cook a lot and so far it's helped out big time! The light is perfectly bright for cooking. Really enjoy it.

With my modern home this fits so well. I used to have a smaller version of this which I thought it's good enough but not until I had this. Stylish, modern and very useful. I love the easy buttons and how it does it job. Recommending this!

I chose this modern glass and SS hood because of its clean-line aesthetic. We've only been in our house (new construction) for 8 weeks, but it seems to work well. The only negative is that there only 2 lights and not 4. It illuminates the back section of the cooktop but not the front half.

Bought the hood for its looks & styling. Received many compliments, including the builder who now wants to use it in all his homes. It functions great, great light and strong fan.
