The fridge seems to work well as far as the main functions however the fit and finish is subpar. The door panels are not flat, the fridge door was crooked and the cabinet walls are not straight. Quality control at the manufactures is definitely lacking. Products should not be sent to customers in this state.

My old fridge died after 9 years of headaches. I am very happy with this side by side Frigidaire and especially the ice maker that makes a tone of ice!

Overall, we are very happy with our choice of the Pro model. The side by side feature suits us perfectly, especially the freezer side where you can see everything in there. Previously, our old fridge had the freezer at the bottom and we ended up throwing away tons of food because we could not see what we had. The only downer is the ice-maker, it spits out crushed ice along with the cubes.

We got this fridge while we were in the middle of a renovation. We placed the fridge and couldn’t believe how terrible it looked. The doors looked like they have had baseballs thrown at it. We have lots of natural light in our kitchen, so felt that maybe we were being too picky. But after a few weeks of people commenting on it we thought we’d exchange it. After waiting for the next one with a replacement fridge, the next new one came and it was slightly better and we were safer to get in with life now that our reno was wrapping up, but after 60 days (past the time to return to the retailer) i’m still really disappointed. Whole slightly less beaten looking, it still looks puckered and dented all over both doors, there’s an issue with a shelf that has some imperfections. Furthermore, this fridge is also disappointing ting function wise. The shelves are hard to scan as they are narrow. The freezer isn’t very functional either, compared to a french door one we had in our last home. Im on this sight looking for another option.

Giving lowest rating for low quality martial, misleading warranty and bad customer support. We bought Frigidaire Professional 36`counter depth side-by-side fridge from Costco in April 2024. The freezer drawers are very flimsy. The bottom one broke within first month. When I called Frigidaire customer support in December to get the drawer replaced, I was surprised to learn that it only had 6-month warranty even though Frigidaire website clearly states 1-year parts warranty. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, agent on the phone just laughed and flat-out refused the request. Given this bad experience, we would not purchase this brand again.

Our new Frigidaire Professional refrigerator was installed a couple of weeks ago. It replaced an older model Frigidaire of 18 years. The new fridge looks more modern and we like the design. It is doing its job and keeping our fresh and frozen food nicely. Unfortunately, the stainless steel on the doors of the new fridge appear to be covered in a thinner stainless than on our former model. As a result, there are undulations in the surface, which draw the eye and distract from its clean lines. Also, the interior shelf trim strips, which we thought were made of metal, are actually plastic, painted to look like brushed stainless steel. When removing the packing tape, some of the paint pulled off with it, revealing a clear plastic underneath, which makes us wonder how long it will be before the other shelf and drawer trims become scratched from everyday use. So far, the fridge works well but we are somewhat disappointed in the finish quality.

Good delivery on a very cold winter’s day. Had the old fridge ready for a quick and efficient pickup. Lot’s of packing paper to remove but hookup including water hose was quick and straight forward. Fridge work fine especially when I realized I had not turned on the water after the hose was connected.

We love all our Frigidaire appliances. We had to replace our original Frigidaire fridge after 20 years of outstanding performance. The new fridge is once again validating our decision to purchase another Frigidaire. A bit noisy to a few seconds when making ice but aside from that it’s great!

We have had an issue since the product arrived. Warranty repair company told us that they have never encountered this issue before. So here we are, no ice waiting for new part to come in. Screw and other items fell out after unpacking and opening doors.
