I have had this for two months now. I like EVERYTHING EXCEPT for one thing. The main burner I use already looks old. It has bubbles around the burner and I have cleaned it repeatedly and it will not go away. Otherwise I love all the features like the warming area and bridge .

So far so good, already called service as the large element was off center. The box wasn't damaged. They came the next day and aligned the element._x000D_ Our old one, also a Frigidaire professional lasted about seven years before one of the controls went flaky, I am hoping this one lasts a bit longer. So far my wife loves the look and it works perfectly so I am happy with it.

Kitchen gut and remodel and replaced all appliances with professional series. As with all smooth top cook-tops you have to clean them religiously. I have never used the bridge option and wish it had another large burner instead. The front burner is a keep warm only which I didn't realize when I bought it - would have preferred that be a working burner. These were the only options for burners for the 36" version.

I really love my cooktop. So clean and stylish. It was sorta scary at first using it but I can control the heat just to my liking with no trouble at all.

We bought this a few months ago. It’s been great. I have noticed that when using the bridge mode for cooking breakfast it hard to keep both sides of the griddle the same temp. The glass looks so good when it’s clean but it does take a fair amount of work to keep it clean.

We cleaned the stove prior to use with recommended cream cleaner. We wait until cool, then clean using with recommended cleaner. We use completely flat bottom, clean pans and already have little bubbles or marks on the large burner. We purchased 10/2017 and have only used it about 6 times. Very disappointed. I also noticed yesterday when using this larger burner in dual mode, with the correct size pan, even on low, the temperature was too high and necessitated me turning it off and on so the food would not cook too rapidly. This is obviously a design flaw as I noticed that someone has a very similar picture. It is also probably a safety hazard with a burner that is too hot. Besides the above issues, it would be nice if the warming burner was in the back rather than taking up prime location in the front. Obviously completely unhappy with this product!! This cooktop HAS to go so will need to figure out the best way to make that happen. Help!!
