After many years with old washer, I bought it last month and I'am happy because I schedule the washes and save on water.

We have bad this washer for 1.5yrs and on the normal wash setting the clothes come out smelling moldy. I have to then follow up the wash with a rinse and drain cycle to remove the smell. Perhaps it doesn’t rinse and drain in normal settings. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

This washer came with our newly built home. I do not like that the normal settings cannot be set to max fill only certain loads. However after a year of using came into that area of the home to find water everywhere, however the water did not try to drain through the hose it came from the washer. Tested and could not duplicate thought was a fluke until 3 months later same thing. This has happened randomly over the last 6 months for a total of 5 times. I finally caught when it is occuring. On initial fill the washer did not turn off the water before aggitating the tub became full and overflowed over top of tub causing water to flow over top of the tub. When this occured the water never shut off nor did the washer stop aggitating it continued to spill over. Lucky I was standing right there and it did not flood the back of my home again. I will be phoning the company regarding this and probably getting a new washer as I cannot continue to take that chance with a washer.

It washes good small load but takes lot of time. This unit makes noise a lot and unit body shakes too. Small space due to agitator which affects small comforter washing too.

If you want to wash clothes without anyone knowing, this is your appliance. Very nap-time freindly. Efficient is an understatement. Love the capacity, lots of room for (washing) activities! The detergent section does not gunk up and cleans with every cycle. For every clean freak like me, this stay in pristine condition no matter the size or type of load.

We haven't had any issues or noticed anything but then again we just bought the appliance. I do like the variable settings and the clean looking spinning drum.

I've had this washer for three months and have tried every setting in every temp water, but my clothes still come out wrinkled. I finally asked the sales person who I bought it from what to do and he suggested using "Max fill".....one flooded laundry floor later, my clothes are still wrinkled. Frigidaire did send a technician out to fix it, but I'm still soaking up stinky carpet and damp floors. Currently waiting on someone to assess the damage and hoping to trade the washer for a front loader. I would not buy again, nor recommend this particular washer.

I bought a house a Month ago and the constructor gave me the Washer. I was worried about the efficiency of the washer, because I work in some greasy environments and my big jeans are hard to clean, but the first couple of weeks using it are being impressive.
