We brought this about a month and a half ago it's nice but it is so loud to be a new washing machine I just don't understand why? We replaced a set we had for about 15 years and they were a lot quicker and they were also Frigidaire

I would buy a different washing machine. My main complaint is that the water level on Normal setting, is very, very low. I am a one person household, my loads are small, but the water level is less than half of what would seem adequate. _x000D_ _x000D_ In order to have a proper level for a full load of towels, I had to use a bulky setting. This was an 81-minute cycle. It takes so much longer to do laundry than it did with my Maytag Neptune that lasted 23 years before the seal failed. I had a 23-minute quick wash that worked for most loads. I bought the Frigidaire washer as "Covid-19 stay-at-home" was going in to effect and I chose what was available in our small town for quick delivery when the Maytag door could not be closed. _x000D_ _x000D_ I am very unhappy with my purchase. I will be letting my local store know just what the drawbacks are and encourage them to promote a different product.

This is a replacement washing machine. They were unable to find anyone to service my last washing machine so I was sent this one. From day one I have had nothing but trouble with this machine. It will not wash heavy loads and if it sences an unbalance it will just switch back to the previous cycle which means it will NEVER finish the load unless you put it in drain and spin.

I bought this washer a few months ago. The things I didn't like were there's no water level dials, and why does it agitate before the water comes in. When that first happened I thought it wasn't working. But other than that it's a nice machine. It's really deep and holds a lot of clothes. It cleans well, I just don't quite get the settings and water level. I do everything on quick wash other wise I would be all day.

I wish the wash cycles came with more description on how they work. For example, the drain and spin cycle will rinse also!! And when you wash certain items that retain alot of water it keeps going thru rinse cycles because it can't drain all the water! So I had to physically squeeze the water out of the items and out them back in washer then it would spin.
