This washing was a little intimidating at first but after reading manual it was so easy to use. I like having different settings for what I need: whether the clothes are colored, bulky, white, soiled. My clothes are just more cleaner because I get more out of my washing machine than ever before.

I have had this washer for a few weeks now. When I first attempted to use it, I thought there was a problem. The machine was not filling the tub with water and was tossing my dry clothes around. The user manual was not helpful at addressing this concern. I called the customer service number and was able to speak with a customer service representative in seconds. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. She explained that this was normal and that the machine does this prior to filling the tub with water to ensure that the weight of the load is accurate. She was right and I have had no issues since. _x000D_ The machine has preset options for what you want to do with your load. You are able to make adjustments if the options need to be tailored to your preferences. An example would be that on the gentle cycle, the default is hot water. I prefer cold and am able to adjust the temperature manually. The dryer on the other-hand will not allow for me to tailor the settings to my needs.

We bought about a month ago and I was skeptical of the auto-fill auto sense clothes but it seems to work. I wish there were more options than just fill all the way or auto-sense. _x000D_ I wanted a newer fancier washer and so far I don't think they're worth the extra money. It just washes your clothes. With no manual water settings. That's annoying to me. _x000D_ All the clothes are clean. It looks cool. It's a good washer. Just could be better with some extra manual options.

This washer cleans well. It has many cleaning cycles to choose from and is large enough to wash average sized comforters.

Came as part of a new build new home package. Does a good job. Would like the chime to be louder so I know when it's done.
