So far so good! We haven't had it for even a month yet, so it's too early to say anything about durability. I hope, of course, we have it for many years. The only thing right now is making sure our child's tiny clothes don't keep getting stuck in the front, inner rubber section, but a mesh bag will help with that. I am liking it right now, overall. Customer Service was very friendly too.

Awful machine awful customer service. Died after 2.5 yrs. Never buy electrolux again.
